I thought Nick Clegg gave a proper good speech today in Liverpool.
There was a touch of the lecturer about him as he paced the podium (apparently without an autocue) and fluffed less lines than Robin Williams.

We have the stumbling, mumbling Brroown who really IS fixated on stats to an unhealthy degree, and the Guv'ment who undermine our civil liberties almost daily because we're not allowed to have nice things ('You'll only break them so....put them back in the toybox until you can behave').
That should (in an ideal world) have been a speech made at a Labour conference.
I actually feel quite uncomfortable.....
