I bet your chips are ace Milly (coz you cooks 'em). I like them double-dunked, or twice-fried.
Soy is right, tofu tastes quite bland but so does most take-away fish and chicken if it hasn't got a flavoursome coating or sauce.
This was really sticky and savoury on the outside and meltingly tender in the middle ... cor ! more…
